Die bestehende L\u00f6sung war zu teuer und zeitaufwendig, daher suchte man nach einer Alternative.<\/p>\n<p>Der Auftrag an BEGE bestand darin, einen Ersatz-Elektromotor zu liefern, damit die Fabriken des Kunden optimal und ohne ungeplante Ausfallzeiten weiterarbeiten konnten.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00f6sung: Unsere Ingenieure untersuchten ein defektes Muster, verma\u00dfen es und entwickelten ein erstes Konzept auf Grundlage dieser Ma\u00dfe. Daraus ergab sich, dass der Motor keine NEMA- oder IEC-Standardabmessungen hatte, sondern unter anderem eine spezielle abgeflachte Keilnut. Ausgehend von allen Spezifikationen haben wir dann den Elektromotor komplett neu entwickelt.<\/p>\n<p>Abgesehen von der Konzeption und Lieferung halten wir f\u00fcr diesen Kunden einen reservierten Bestand f\u00fcr einen schnellen Austausch in den Niederlanden bereit.
