Working foreman for precision<\/h2>\n[\/vc_column_text]
<\/div>[vc_column_text css=””]Although Eric had no technical background, BEGE saw potential in him because of his managerial experience at a large printing company. Now he works as a working foreman in logistics.<\/p>\n

Together with his six colleagues, he ensures the precise inspection of incoming goods, such as gears, castings, and gearboxes. \u201cEverything has to be perfect, accurate to the thousandth of a millimeter. We use advanced measuring equipment to ensure that everything meets our strict quality standards.\u201d[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text css=””]\n

A culture of training and collaboration<\/h2>\n[\/vc_column_text]
<\/div>[vc_column_text css=””]At BEGE, education and training are top priorities. \u201cEveryone shares their knowledge and skills, which allows us to constantly grow and learn,\u201d Eric explains.<\/p>\n
