As the manager of three departments within BEGE\u2014the workshop, the MIG encoder department, and the paint shop\u2014Kevin feels most at home when he is directly involved in the day-to-day operations on the shop floor.<\/p>\n

<\/div>[vc_column_text css=””]Kevin handles work preparation, planning, and quality control, keeping him constantly connected to the production process.<\/p>\n

Although his role as a manager is a challenge in itself, Kevin is most in his element when tackling technical challenges. Whether it\u2019s fine-tuning the fit of a shaft or precision-grinding gears, Kevin handles it with ease.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text css=””]\n

Collaborating on innovations<\/h2>\n[\/vc_column_text]
<\/div>[vc_column_text css=””]In addition to his daily duties as workshop manager, Kevin eagerly looks forward to the upcoming product developments and modifications BEGE is working on.<\/p>\n

Appreciation for the company culture<\/h2>\n[\/vc_column_text]
<\/div>[vc_column_text css=””]In addition to his passion for technology, Kevin also appreciates the human side of BEGE. He praises the collegial atmosphere and the informal interactions among colleagues. The annual end-of-year parties, barbecues, and department gatherings strengthen the bond and personal connection among colleagues.<\/p>\n

Kevin recalls how Gerard Paulides (then director) hung a large BEGE logo in the cafeteria, surrounded by core values such as \u201ctrust,\u201d \u201crespect,\u201d and \u201ccommunication.\u201d These gestures contribute to a positive work environment where everyone feels valued and is happy to do their part.<\/p>\n

Kevin is also pleased with the improvements in employee benefits, such as the enhanced pension plan. This investment in staff well-being is greatly appreciated by the entire team.<\/p>\n
