<\/div>[vc_column_text css=””]What immediately struck Dennis about BEGE was the open and approachable work environment. There\u2019s no strict hierarchy; instead, colleagues simply talk to and help one another.<\/p>\n

That sense of involvement was evident right from the first week. During the structured onboarding process, Dennis shadowed various departments to get to know the company and meet his colleagues. \u201cI\u2019m being guided very well, and that gives me confidence.\u201d[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text css=””]\n

Switching between departments<\/h2>\n[\/vc_column_text]
<\/div>[vc_column_text css=””]As a work planner and scheduler, everything for Dennis revolves around one central question: can this order be delivered on time? That means checking whether the planned delivery date is feasible, whether the necessary inventory is available, and ensuring good coordination between departments.<\/p>\n

<\/div>[vc_column_text css=””]The role is completely new to Dennis, but it was precisely the variety and the challenging nature of the work that attracted him. And that has proven to be true in practice. He takes on new tasks with enthusiasm and is gaining a better understanding of how the processes work.<\/p>\n

When he has a moment to spare, he asks colleagues where he can help. That attitude and openness is appreciated and fits perfectly with the way BEGE operates.[\/vc_column_text]

He is just starting his career as a work planner, but is steadily establishing his place within the team. Further developing his skills, functioning more and more independently in his role, and ultimately advancing within the company: that is what he is working toward.<\/p>\n
